Once added to the user's GamezDaddy account, any amount can be utilised to participate in the leagues, contests, and fun features organised by GamezDaddy. If a user has deposited an amount that has not been used to play, they may request a refund by submitting a written request via email to [email protected] from their registered email address. In such cases, GamezDaddy reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user, after deducting applicable cancellation charges, at its sole and absolute discretion.

GamezDaddy has the authority to allow a user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion in the following cases:

1. if the user submits a written request to GamezDaddy from their registered email ID to cancel the payment, or

2. if the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days before the commencement of the round for which the payment was made. GamezDaddy shall not be liable to refund any amount after this period.

GamezDaddy has the sole and absolute discretion to refund the transaction amount to the user after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes in the mentioned case. Users must take note of the additional terms and conditions governing the transaction during the transaction process. If any of the clauses defined in the additional terms and conditions conflict with the present terms and conditions defined by GamezDaddy, the additional terms and conditions associated with transactions will prevail. Refunds are only applicable to the amount used to join a league and will be refunded to the GamezDaddy User Account, as deducted.

If unforeseen events such as force majeure, event cancellation, technical errors, or other such issues occur, only the league joining amount will be refunded, as it was used to join the league. There will be no claims made on the winnings as per the rank.

On the GamezDaddy platform, both confirmed and non-confirmed public leagues are available. If a league does not meet the predetermined participant requirements, participants will receive a full refund of their contest entry fee without any fees or deductions.

In certain unavoidable circumstances, such as a delay in the toss, weather conditions, technical glitches, non-appearance of teams on the field, natural disasters, etc., GamezDaddy may choose to abandon, cancel, or delay the start of a contest on its platform at its sole and absolute discretion by extending the deadline.

If you are not fully satisfied with any deposit, purchase, or fee paid on GamezDaddy and suspect an error in the transaction, kindly inform us within three days from the transaction date. We will assess the transaction and address the matter at our discretion.
