It offers a secure and inviting environment for conversation, enabling members to express themselves and link with others possessing similar passions. These ‘Community Guidelines’ were crafted to promise a positive interaction for all members, defining acceptable actions for all materials posted, stored, or disseminated on the platform. Not adhering to these principles may incur repercussions such as content elimination or account deactivation. It's mandatory for members to recognize and abide by these principles, as well as the platform's “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”. Infractions will be scrutinized individually, and members are prompted to report any material they consider to be in violation of these principles.

The following types of content are unequivocally banned on the GamezDaddy platform, and GamezDaddy might enforce actions in response:

Spam or Scam

Spam refers to any repetitive, unwanted, or unsolicited activities, automated or manual, negatively impacting the GamezDaddy community. For example, frequent posting, interacting or generating accounts, groups, pages, or events.

False information or scams are disallowed on the GamezDaddy platform. Though using a username instead of your real name is permissible, your username, profile image, and team name should not contain:

• Substitutes for a name using words or phrases;
• Obscene or suggestive language of any sort; or
• Names of brands linked with fantasy sports.

Aggressive and Unlawful Behavior

We maintain a strict policy against materials that incite or endorse violence or harmful conduct towards individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual preference, religion, disabilities, or diseases. Explicit Language & Graphically Inappropriate Content

We strictly discourage predatory conduct towards minors and the posting of sexual or suggestive content involving minors or individuals who appear to be minors. Any content that portrays, threatens, or encourages sexual violence, assault, or exploitation is removed. We also eliminate any content that exhibits, supports or organizes non-consensual sexual activities.

Reporting

If you encounter any content on GamezDaddy that you suspect violates the Conduct Principles, please report it by clicking the Report button or by reaching out to [email protected]. Please provide as comprehensive information as possible, including links, usernames, and content descriptions. The GamezDaddy team will personally assess the reported content and may issue warnings, delete posts, temporarily or permanently ban members, or report the behavior to relevant authorities, helplines, and third-party experts at their discretion
